About Us

Who are we?
Sojourners with Healing Hearts, Inc. (SWHH, Inc.) was founded in September, 2004 with an established mission of being kindred spirits who offer support in the physical, mental and spiritual healing of persons affected by breast cancer.  It is the first and only breast cancer support group for women of color in Palm Beach County.  SWHH, Inc. provides support, education and encouragement through various community outreach opportunities in the Palm Beach County area.

Our belief is that each woman regardless of her race, creed or religion has the right to be treated with dignity as support is rendered to her.  We hope to give each woman the aid and spiritual support that she needs, as she travels on her journey, seeking healing for her heart due to the inflicted wounds and pain from Breast Cancer.
